Change of plans...
If you read my last post, you were probably anticipating having to wait another 2 weeks before another post.
SURPRISE!!!!
Anyways, the main reasons I'm posting tonight are
1) I got a new lens for my camera,

2) I'm wondering if anyone

Hi Ashley! I really enjoy looking at your pictures :D I guess I should have commented on the most recent post instead of this one, but I saw that you were wondering about the plant... it's pokeberry/pokeweed. So unusual looking! Supposedly it has some medicinal properties, but for the most part, it's poisonous. Makes great dye though, lol!

ReplyDeleteGood to know what they are...I figured eating them wouldn't be the best way to find out ;P I googled it after I saw your post and apparently the ink that was used to write the Declaration of Independence was fermented pokeberries...
The Declaration, no kidding?! Wow, that's pretty interesting...and cool! Hm, I'll look at them in a different light now :P
