Lifehouse!

Thanks to a contest that Jacob won a few weeks ago, we got free tickets to the Indian's game and a chance to meet Lifehouse! The game got rained out, but not the meet n' greet! 

Apparently he was too busy to look at the camera ;)

Robby and Michael snuck in with us. 

 There we be! :P

Looking Out The Window.

On my way home from Georgia this past Sunday evening, I saw the most amazing sunset from the plane window. I've been on plenty of airplanes, but haven't ever seen a sight that was quite so breathtaking. 

 The heavens declare the glory of God; 

                            the skies proclaim the work of his hands. 

 Day after day they pour forth speech; 

                            night after night they reveal knowledge. 

 They have no speech, they use no words; 

                                   no sound is heard from them. 

  Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, 

                                their words to the ends of the world

In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun.
 It is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber,
   like a champion rejoicing to run his course. 

 

It rises at one end of the heavens
   and makes its circuit to the other;
   nothing is deprived of its warmth.

Meet Ethan . . . this little kiddo is such a blast! 

He showed me around "his" little farm while 

we did our photo shoot. 

We started off on the tire swing . . .

His daddy helped him pick up a chicken!

Ethan has a little brother; his name is Titus, and
 he is such a smiley little guy!

but of course, he had to throw a serious face in there for effect ; D 

Ethan was so proud of his tractor! With Mom's permission, he and Titus climbed aboard . . .

Alright, well, enough of Ethan ; ) Titus needs some more time in the sun here! I couldn't get enough of this little guy!

4th of July weddings are fun...and hot! I was 

oh-so-grateful to have such a wonderful bride and to
