Scott + Danielle | WV Wedding Photography

For the past few years, Rachel and I have had each other's backs when it came to shooting weddings. When she had a wedding, I would second shoot for her and when I had one, she would do the same for me. So when I got married and moved away, the two of us promised that we would still photograph at least one wedding together every year. This year's was just 2 weekends ago, in West Virginia. 

Scott and Danielle's wedding day was beautiful- the sun was shining, birds were chirping, and joy was overflowing! 

I started off the day shooting the guys...

...while Rachel was hanging out taking gorgeous pictures of the girls! Seriously, check out her side of the wedding over on her blog :)

 

There were SO many adorable children at this wedding! I couldn't get enough of them.

Blog announcement!!!

Hey all!

       Wedding pictures are in, but don't get your hopes up just yet---they're coming soon ;) but in the meantime, I wanted to let y'all (I've been living in the south for 6 weeks and they're already getting to me!) know that my blog will be moving! ...Well, sort of. I'm getting a new look, new name, and new blog address, but the blog will still all be here, just like before. Exhaustion.

He's been studying this all week. 

It wore him out a bit, so he's decided to study the inside of his eyelids this afternoon. 

Visitors!!!!

I was so excited when my mom called me last Saturday and asked if she and the kids could come for a 3 day visit that very next day! Of course, I said yes, and it was so good to see them!

We had a wonderful time! We relaxed, played games, swam in the pool, had dinner and ice cream out, and had a chance to show them around Charlotte a little bit :) I kept meaning to take some pictures, but didn't end up getting the camera out until we took them to our new church where Josh is interning to show them around.
